Products
Monster XL is a dietary supplement designed for adult men. All products are manufactured in the Netherlands in certified laboratories, following European Union quality standards.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product information is correct, we cannot guarantee that all information provided is accurate, complete or up-to-date. This includes information about ingredients, allergies, nutritional content, or fitness for a specific purpose.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Purchases
All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Delivery and Shipping
We offer free shipping to all addresses in the United Kingdom and European Union. Standard delivery times are between 3-5 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by third-party delivery services, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
All parcels are shipped in discreet packaging with no reference to the product contents on the outer packaging.
Returns and Refunds
Monster XL offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Monster XL Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
